getting into med/veterinary school

getting into med/veterinary schoolhey
so, in my gcse's i got 3A*s 4As and 3Bs but i got the Bs in the sciences, and im not making excuses here but i was reaalllllly sick with food poisoning when i was sitting the three exams, and thats why i got bs in them. but, i was wondering, is this good enough to get into med/veterinary school or will universities look over me because of my results??? thanks
