University

has anyone gone to the University of there choice but haven't got the certain amount of points that the uni was looking for?
People do it all the time. How bad is your situation?
I got straight out rejected if I didn't have the grades they wanted. When I applied for Uni 4 years ago, the requirements were BBBB (Scottish Higher) and when I applied this year it was AAAB for the same course at the same Universities. I guess it maybe depends on the Uni/course and how competitive it is.

im going to apply for Games programming.. Economics and Biology im In a2 but computing i have to retake
And what do you need to get in, where are you applying?

kingston uni= 280
De Montfort University= 300
Derby uni= 320
newcastle= 280
blackburn uni=240 i think
Perhaps resit the U & E and get a really good reference which explains your circumstances. They may accept it.

Your reference teacher should write all of this in your reference which will aid your application, good luck!
