Basically the student finance website wouldn't let me submit my passport details, every time I did the people on the phone said it hadn't gone through.
So I sent my passport via the post a couple of weeks ago and the tracker said it was delivered.
I have still had no word from student finance and my application is still being "processed" which is appalling considering I submitted the application 4 months ago. (am starting university in 3 days).
My issue is that I think my application is having some kind of bug when it comes to evidence, yet when I talk to any SLC staff on the phone they haven't got a clue what's going on and treat me like I'm just being stupid, or are just trying to shift me so they don't have to deal with a proper issue.
Any advice on what I can do?
