    Have you tried integrating by parts with u=\ln x?

    Yeah, I let u=lnx and \frac{dv}{dx}= x^n

    It is a rather straightforward problem. The choice of differentiating lnx and integrating x^n is perfectly correct. Just do one round of integration of parts, substitute in the limits accordingly and you should arrive at the answer. Hope this helps. Peace.
