I can't fill it in though..

Hey, so my dad is filling his financial details on a paper form for student finance (so i can get a loan for tuition fees) just because it's easier and they're asking for his customer number and an email address. My dad has neither, if i left this blank and sent it off would it be a problem?

did it at-least have your Customer Reference Number on it or anything, without your dad's (which it needs because it will be put under his account, since he is supporting you) how are they meant to know what it is for, since they will get loads of application
