What happens at a Uni induction week???

Pretty much what the title says :smile:

My induction week is the 24th - 28th September. On the 24th, I have to go i at 12for this induction talk and then on the 27th I need to go in again to register. During this week will I have any lectures or workshops, or will they all start the following week?

University of Hertfordshire....I just want to know generally what people do at their unis

Each uni will be a bit different, but generally induction lectures, first society/sports club meetings, lots of freshers nights out and events, enrollment and registration, freshers fair etc

You will probably get a freshers schedule from the uni soon.

Usually you will have an induction week timetable - just a few introductory things, e.g. learning about online systems etc. Then a lot of freshers events. Enjoy!
