What cosmetic surgery would you consider?
So, lads and ladies......
What cosmetic surgeries would you consider now or in the future?
The only thing I might have in the future is teeth whitening, not that my teeth are bad in any way. I just feel certain jobs I might do in the future would be more receptive if I had a ridiculous american style smile. -
Re: What cosmetic surgery would you consider?
Lipo and teeth whitening.
I wouldn't mind something like cheekbone implants but the thought of actually having it done and the procedure makes me shudder. I'd be too scared/nervous about something going wrong, the pain, and what would happen if I didn't like the results after

Re: What cosmetic surgery would you consider?hahaha just trying to imagine how you might pin someone's eyes back!(Original post by Lovefoxxx_93)
Teeth whitening and possibly have my eyes pinned back a bit.
EDIT: Ears! Ears pinned back! Don't want any surgical instruments going anywhere near my eyes.

Re: What cosmetic surgery would you consider?
I'd seriously consider a boob job. I think there are a lot of benefits to small breasts and I don't think they're unattractive, I just think I'd get a lot of enjoyment out of having bigger breasts.
Would also not turn down a bit of lipo on my neck. I could auction off some of my current extra chins to pay for it

Re: What cosmetic surgery would you consider?I hope that such a procedure doesn't even exist(Original post by the bear)
i would consider making my winkie a few inches shorter -
Re: What cosmetic surgery would you consider?
I'd consider having rhinoplasty done but only if I had A LOT of spare cash/won the lottery as the slight bump on my nose is barely noticeable. Not for purely cosmetic reasons though, as I would really love to have my deviated septum fixed. It really impairs breathing through my nose and I get frequent nosebleeds.
These others I consider to be cosmetic procedures rather than surgery but I might also try them:
- teeth whitening (damn you, coffee!... I brush my teeth regularly but my teeth are not as white as they could be)
- laser hair removal so that I don't need to waste time with waxing any more but mainly because I get lots and lots of ingrown hairs with waxing/shaving/epilating even when I exfoliate and moisturise regularly...

Re: What cosmetic surgery would you consider?Same as that, had my nose broke a few times.(Original post by BefuddledPenguin)
Maybe get my broken nosed fixed. I doubt I'd even have to pay for that, if I said it affected my breathing or something. -
Re: What cosmetic surgery would you consider?
most non surgical thing i would consider i.e... hair removal, teeth whitening
there lots i would like but i doubt i would do most however i am contemplating a simple 1 stitch facelift (not now but when im older and it all goes south)
i have really considered a boob uplift aswell to make them a bit perkier (they used to be round and hard before my son and now there soft well i cant really explain it lol) but the scars would be worse than my boobs so wouldnt be worth it -
Re: What cosmetic surgery would you consider?
Hm, I strangely wouldn't have anything done... I just have a very plain, average Anglo-Irish face I think so it's not like I'm super attractive or anything. I just don't have any distinct features which is both a good and bad thing. I wouldn't have plastic surgery on my body because it seems a waste of money to me as it's reversible.

Maybe teeth whitening? But again, seems like a waste of money. :s I'll stick just to teeth whitening tooth paste and attempt to cut back on my Pepsi Max addiction which cannot be good for my teeth...
Ooh and I forgot aging! If I age like my parents have done, I think I'd be fine with it.

Re: What cosmetic surgery would you consider?
I have a huge chin, but I don't know - I'm having orthognathic surgery next year, and I'm sure my underbite is a big reason as to why it appears so massive. Even when I was little though it was very prominent, and I've always felt self-conscious about it. So I'd like to get that fixed, perhaps.
