HELP

hello,

I am really stuck on this question, can someone please help :-

Solve the equation z + {z}^2 = 10 - 2i and express your solutions in the form a+bi where a and b are real.

{} stand for the modulus sign
^2 stands for 'squared'

Thanks, from Leia
