Try going through the medical schools affiliated to the hospitals you're interested in working in e.g.

http://www.smd.qmul.ac.uk/undergraduate/electives/visiting/index.html
http://www.ucl.ac.uk/medicalschool/undergraduate/electives

The hospitals themselves may also have pages to do with elective info e.g.

England is the most expensive country in the world to study for a public university degree. This is the same country which charges its own students £9000 a year just for fees btw...

Would you be able to get any assistance from your government or medical school?

well , i am afraid i can't get assistance from my country :/ pfff 9000£ that sucks , we're studying for free since the first year of my school

Some hospitals don't charge (or don't charge much - by the look of the Barts website it's only a £200 administration fee) for elective students. It's worth contacting places you're interested in to find out more. Certainly they're cheaper here than going somewhere like the US. You're lucky you get free university education, but that's just not how it works here unfortunately.

it is free yeah , but not that good as yours ; doctor salary after studying 7 year and geting your diploma is 7600£/year ; and there is 1 doctor for 10000 patients here , So i realy want to go in country where medicine is good
sorry for my english :/
