Cheapest way to get my iPhone screen fixed???
I've recently got my iPhone4 and I accidentally dropped it and there its was lying on the floor with a lot of marks on the right side of the screen. I mean I can use the phone normally an see but it has also affected my front facing camera which means every time I take a picture using it it comes out very dark and blurt resulting in only being able to use the back camera. I'm really depressed since I've only had the phone for less than a month and this has already happened waaaa

Are there any cheap alternatives to getting it fixed????

If you've only had it a month surely it'll be under warranty?

Buy the cheapest Android phone you can. Far, far cheaper than getting an iPhone screen fixed.

Buy the screen (make sure its the digitizer and the LCD combined) and then follow a youtube tutorial to replace it.

Do you think it would be sensible for me to follow those YouTube clips not having experience??? How much do screens cost in the first place?

    Hey,

If you look on the website www.gumtree.com there are quite a few people advertising screen repair. The going rate seems to be about £30 - 50.

I would also recommend seeing if you have any nerdy friends who would do it for you. I would do it for my friends if they gave me the parts, and an extra screen can be bought off eBay quite reasonably.

If you were to do it yourself I can recommend the Youtube channel ifixit: http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Installi...ssembly/3148/1

You will need a Pentalobe screw driver however, as Apple use special screws for the device.

    Best of luck!
