Student finance fraud

Hy I was ment to get ,y student finance last Thursday but I didn't get it.i rung student finance and found out that I was a victim of fraud.someone had gone on my account and changed my bank details to there's and now they have my money.it has now gone to the fraud investigation team.i am we'll annoyed because I don't know when I will get my money now.has this happened to and one else if so how does it take for them to sort it and pay me
Wow, that sucks. I've never heard of that happening. It sounds like its completely their fault, you might need to complain/demand to get them to pay you the money.

was called by student finance on monday they said they have sorted it.they the money will be in my account in 7 to 10 days.has this happened to anyone else and will i get my money in the time scale they say .i dont trust them lol
