That's not "the Guardian" it's just a writer.
At least the comments are sensible on that article.
To be honest I think the guardian has the best website compared to other newspapers, but I just generally dislike their "oh I'm liberal so I'm better than you" attitude which comes across quite clearly in the comments and articles.

Reminds me of Lisa Simpson and Brian griffin, the way the shows creators are finally starting to shoot them down, whenever I see an article like this it always reminds of where Lisa is moaning to Burns about the most trivial thing during a work break and he goes "jeez, are you always on"?

That's the thing about The Guardian IMO. You need to look out who the writer is because the quality varies depending on the author. The Guardian is STILL the best newspaper out there. It's one of the very few i'd buy.

I've read some really good articles in there, but some 'meh, what the hell are you trying to prove' ones.
