Recruitment Consulting Phone Interview - The Huntress Group
I just wanted to know if anyone could help me out a little.
I have a phone interview with the Huntress Group (don't know if you've heard of them; they are a medium sized recruitment firm in Times Top 100 Best Companies) on Thursday 5pm for a Trainee recruitment consultant and I was told I will get asked some technical questions like "What are the 6-7 different method of sorting candidates?" and "How would you attract clients?".
Frankly I'm astonished they would ask me such questions in an early interview so i just wanted to ask whether anyone has any advice on how to tackle such questions? Also what sort of things I may be asked.
