Mixed methods master disseration help!

Hi I am in process of doing my masters dissertation and I am basing it on my org by exploring and evaluating the impact of leadership styles. I am doing a study on 15 leaders and around 60 employees to see how the leaders evaluate their style of leadership to be in contrast to how they are perceived.
I am doing a mixed method study so I am unsure of if I still refer my strategy as a case study? Any help would be great :frown:
