My birthday is in June, and mid-way through my exams. My mum bought me a £350 laptop, and told me it was 'for getting into uni too' despite only having done a few exams. :3
I am thankful for it, it really came in handy for exams. A year and a bit on, I am still using the laptop.
So that was sort of a gift for uni.

My dad bought me a lot of shopping, helped with my rent and stuff, and my mum bought me a special teapot too. (Unfortunately, my uni shelf collapsed and it broke! ) - I'm counting that too, he spent a lot on me. ♥

Yes for my 18th - A pendant necklace from the Swarovski shop. I didn't for my A2's but they are spending so much on uni stuff anyway (we're allowed mini fridges in my halls and that alone was really expensive!) However, my mum got me this blue topaz necklace off ebay that was originally from goldsmiths after my AS's but I think that was an excuse really to justify to my dad why she was getting me something that went with my dress for my sister's wedding as they hadn't given me money/ a present for GCSE's either. Their attitude is achievement in itself is a reward and don't want me to be motivated by money/material possessions.

For my 18th I just got the general (clothes,make up,dvds). I'm not really fussed about big/pricey gifts as I save up for the bits I want. I did have a pretty big 18th party hels for me at home tho as a gift.Got uni offers and rejected them so n/a for that part.

My brother had a big party for his 18th. 'Well done' for getting into uni was tickets to a rugby game.

For my 18th I got a watch. I didn't get a "well done for getting into uni" present, but my parents told me they'd get me a Mulberry bag if I got AAA at A-Level. I got into uni but only got AAB, but I got my handbag when my remark went up.

Honestly though much as a I love my bag, it's literally my baby, when I found out my remark went up the greatest satisfaction was informing my German teacher that it had, rather than the bag, which I totally forgot about until my dad was like "oh here you go! Sounds proper cringe, but does go along with the whole "academic acheivement is reward enough" thing...

For my 18th I got a necklace from my mum, and a watch from my dad.
I didn't get anything as a reward for getting into uni per say, but my parents bought my kitchen stuff and gave me money for freshers etc.

Yeah I got an 18th birthday present, can't remember what it was tbh, I don't think it was anything big, I got more spent on my 21st.

Didn't get any getting into Uni present.

But related to this, at Uni I know this girl who's parents rewarded her with the following if she got the result at the end of Year 1 of Uni, despite it not being worth anything to the course overall..

1st: She gets a car.

2 She gets a new computer/laptop, budget £1,000

Think she didn't get either afaik lol, wish my parents gave me motivation like that haha.

My mum paid for 20 of my driving lessons as my 18th birthday present

for uni random aunts and uncles have been sending me money, which is always appreciated

My parents got me a lovely necklace for my 18th.

They got me a laptop and printer for the start of uni, which they did for my sister 6 years earlier too. It wasn't as a 'well done', it was more because it was practical and they wanted me to have it

Got a watch for my 18th, didn't get anything for getting into uni but when I graduated my parents went halfs with me on a Fender strat.

Both are presents i'll always keep and always remember why I got them.

Paying my rent for the whole year was my getting into uni present I think we probably went out for dinner too. And for my 18th, ehm... My parents all had matching rings made for the three of us that I'd designed (they all have holes of varying sizes, like the aperture on a camera), we went and got pissed on cocktails at lunch and they bought me some kitchen stuff and a record player
