When to apply for a scholarship?

Hey guys, em im in my second year of alevels and should be going to uni next year, When should i start applying for scholarships because i went onto the uk scholarship website and they seem to have deadlines which passed in july this year. Does this mean that they were the last years deadlines (the year before me) ? and should i be applying for the ones next year (as in 2013) ?

When you mean scholarships, do you mean funding directly from the university? If so, you should contact your university.

If you mean finance from SFE, then you should start your application online without further delay.
