Quality (okay fine I'll eat cheap bacon too), smoked and fried bacon for me, with the rinds chopped off.

Fried.
Smoked.
Ketchup.
White bread (it's the only time I prefer it to brown bread).
And it has to be very well-done (so that it is crunchy).

I cant believe so many people eat smoked bacon! Please next time you are about to buy some just think of all those pigs that are being forced to chain smoke. I hope you make the right decision :smile:

bacon is made from pig!
i prefer unsmoked, but only because most smoked i have is really oversmoked...

if the bacon is done really well, smoked does taste nice though.

Grilling is better than frying for smoked, but frying better than grilling for unsmoked.

unsmoked, cooked on gorge forman grill (keeps the perfect amout of juices). awww, I'm going to go make a bacon butty now/
