How to encourage a liar(me) to stop lying and to study?

OK here it is. I am like 30% tells lies and other 70% tells the truth.
For example I created a thread when I got UUU after 2 years of A level. I mean I really got UUU and the marks I wrote there is also truth but the lie is I never have studied that hard, I mean not even close to what I said that is 6 hours every day. I mean I haven't even studied even 1 hour a day but I lied and said I did 6 hours and there are people who believed me too, I mean some people are really nice.
And the other type of lie that I do is I say I dont understand to stuffs that I really understand. For example I create threads like what does getting negged means when in fact I know what it means.
And the other problem is I say mean and crazy things a lot for example like get an arrange marriage and vegetables have feelings.
So here I am thinking I need to get out of my lies so the first thing I am doing is telling the people here the lies I told.

And for my A level I went to School for one year and did AS in January (3 units) and May (9 units: 3 full AS) and for the next year I did not went to a school because teachers said I have to bring my parent to meet them if I want to be in the school but I was afraid and did not bring the parent and stayed at home. And when my parents said why dont I go to school, I lied and tell them I cant wake up. And I did AS (9 units) in the January that year and finished my A level in the June and did AS and A2 both (18 units) and got really bad UUU.
I did as a private candidate the last year.
And as I said I haven't studied at all and after that my Dad send me to Sri Lanka to do A level again and still I dont study but my parents really want me to study, like they thinks studying is everything even though they never studied themselves. And my dad is like spending everything he earns for my education even though I even said to him I dont want to study and want to get a job but since they really want me to study, I came to Sri Lanka too and I know if I stop studying and get a job than I will never have my parents.
There is one thing I knows why I cant study and that is porn and masturbation and I waste my whole day doing that and there will be other reasons that I dont know but the main reason I think is porn and masturbation.
So here I tell the truth and one thing is please I never wanted sympathy. I just thought I will tell the truth and maybe that will encourage me to study.

This is a good thing. You only got UUU because you didn't study! If you DID study and still got UUU, there would be no hope for you...
