Mooting Problem and Coursework
I have been given a mooting problem which is Alright v Black
This issue is talked about Promissory Estoppel
I have thought about the arguments on this topic which are
1) The distinguish between Pinnel case and the present case
2) Consideration on Part Payment
Anything that I can add on too? Please help me
Besides that, I have been given the other coursework on Constitutional & Administrative Law
TOPIC OF RESEARCH:
‘In so far as Dicey’s general statement of the rule of law may be taken to involve the existence in the English Constitution of certain principles almost amounting to fundamental laws, his doctrine is logically inconsistent with the legislative supremacy of Parliament.’ Discuss.
How am I goin to start of this? Can anyone outline or explain the topic for me?
