Loan repayments taken, but I haven't graduated.
I got a temporary job over the summer, and my student loan repayments were taken out of my pay, even though I've only started the 3rd year of a 5 year course.
Any idea how to claim them back, if this is at all possible?
The guy at HMRC said it wasn't his area, so I assume I have to go through student finance.
If it makes a difference my loans are from Student Finance NI.
