In America you have no expectation of privacy in public. It was perfectly legal to film her. It's not legal to assault someone. One person in that video did nothing wrong whatsoever. I'll let you decide who.

By law you can film yes but it doesn't make the law right .

She should be arrested for assault. If she wants to be equal, we should make it so. She can't expect to get away with hitting a man, the same way that a man shouldn't expect to get away with hitting a woman.
