Does LSE consider reapplicants?

Pretty self explanatory. If someone was rejected in 2012, would they be reconsidered if they reapply for 2013, after having received their grades? Or would they be at a disadvantage?
Thanks!

Why the negs? :-/
Anyone has an answer? Or am I stupid to even think they'd consider reaplicants?
Last year I got the feedback that my 'personal statement wasn't compelling', and I exceeded my predictions too.
Anyone?

Yes they will consider you; I study there now and I was a re-applicant. Put a lot of concentration on your personal statement; try to think of it like an essay, and you're making your arguments as to why they should give you a place.
