I have been told that I might well need circumcision as I suffer from phimosis and have tried a lot of steroid cream and had a preputioplasty operation but still no luck in fully retracting. In the states, most men are circumcised at birth. However, not so much over here. What do you generally prefer with intercourse? Obv I want to avoid circumcision but sex will always be painful and troublesome if I don't get it done as horrific as it is as an operation

Please don't do it. You'll regret it.

I had it done for the same reason a few years ago. Biggest mistake of my life and as I am in my late 20's now let's just say I have made quite a few put it that way.

Masturbation is now a chore having to buy and use lube and the feeling just isn't as good. The head of my penis was pink, purple now it's pale :frown:

Sex? Well let's just say I don't like the scar left which is wonky and will start using scar cream as well soon.

So I'm doing what I want you to at least try or anyone else reading this. I'm restoring my foreskin via stretching, this can take between 3-7 years depending how lucky you are and how much you put into it.

Yes, it will never be the same but at least I will get the sensitivity back I sooo miss :frown::frown:

I WISH I KNEW ABOUT STRETCHING BEFORE I HAD THE OP!!!!

Even if it takes you a year or so, it will be worth it and you will keep what nature intended!

The following sites will give you a quick heads up....

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreskin_restoration
http://www.norm.org/
http://www.restoringforeskin.org/
http://www.foreskinrestore.com/
http://foreskin-restoration.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=5 - join this forum!!!

Also google foreskin restore for more information, join a forum, tell them your problem etc and people who have been cut will tell you how lucky you are, there are also cut people at birth who want to restore!!

Anyway any questions PM me.

I wanted to do this because I didn't want as many people as possible to make the same mistake I did.

Thank you for reading.

Hey mate, cheers fo ryour response, I actually already had it done a month ago and was a horrible week or so afterwards. Unfortunately, there wasn't really an alternative as I had tried stretching etc. wish I didn't need it but I did, I don't understand how its possible to restore a foreskin? Its a piece of skin

Just go to that wiki link. Believe it or not you can regrow skin.
I prefer circumcised, looks much nicer. Although it's probably not worth it for a man.

After a few weeks I've noticed a bit of progress. Doing it an hour a day at the moment, watching TV at the same time. Using Mederma for the scar now.

its not worth it, its even worse when male babies are routinely circumcsised like they are in american, sometimes over here and germany

sure, im not having a go, i appreciate your honesty
Uncircumcised.
I like me a bit of foreskin.
I don't think many girls will find it a turn off to be honest. Even those who prefer it uncut won't be like 'Eeew I'm not sleeping with you now' if you have it done.

Personally, I prefer the way circumcised men look. To me it looks neater and nicer.
It makes sense that you may become less sensitive-but not necessarily and not as likely as if you had it done as a baby-if you have it done as a baby, the exposed skin due to no foreskin has been rubbed against fabrics for a long time. I think as you're an adult you'll keep the sensitivity.

My man is circumcised and I definitely like his a lot-but I've been with other guys who weren't, and I was happy with them too.

Yeah I am ****ing angry that I have had to go through with this? I do feel like I have been deprived big time, and I've wasted so much damn time trying to stretch, having preputioplasty then circumcision, I feel like I cant waste anymore on this, I work full time and have little spare time, but yeah I do feel like topping myself

I feel like Ive already lost a lot of sensitivity, just by it being exposed, I may as well not have a ****ing penis now

Aha aawh bless.
I'm not saying you had a choice.
And if I had a penis, I would've got it circumcised if my parents wanted that :')
Circed! Apparently it's more hygienic anyway'!There was a question, I answered, what's with the negs?.!
