Awful Standard Grades - University Cares ?

Hey,
I’m applying to university, St Andrew, for French andSpanish. The only problem is my Standard grade results they are awful, I got:
French 1
Spanish 4
English C
Int 1 maths B
Geography 3
Business management 4
Biology 1: I done a course and it busted my grade to a 1,Originally a 5

Art 4
I sat these a year earlier than most schools, I sat them in S3,and also I was only in school for about 4 months out of the academic year dueto illness.
S4/S5/S6 results
Int 2:
English A
Maths A
Higher
French A
Spanish A
Biology A
Maths A
English A
-Advanced higher
French A
Spanish A
Could I still get in ?- Do universities cares about Standard Grades ?

I'm guessing that Standard Grades are the equivalent of GCSE's. If that's the case, I would guess that St Andrews would only care if it was a really competitive course you're applying for or if they have specified an entry requirement relating to your standard grades. You should be fine though.
