UCL economics question

Let's say I get an offer from UCL for economics- A*(maths) AA and pass in fourth A-level.

But on results day I get AAAA would I still be accepted?

It depends on UCL's policy, they may accept you, they may not, luck of the draw im afraid

99% chance they won't. You have to meet the offer. But if there were extenuating circumstances and you were 2 marks off an A* in Maths then you might be able to gain admission.
