I have the AS grades of BBC. And I am looking to get an ABB offer. I am pretty confident I can get ABB as I am doing 3 retakes and I messed up one of my exams. Will I get offers from ABB unis?

That depends - find out what your predictions are from your teachers/referee and then contact the universities you're applying to to ask whether they'll hold your AS results against you.

Only the universities will be able to tell you whether you've got any chance of an offer and they wont be able to tell you unless you tell them what your predicted grades are and what course you're applying to.
