anyone finding student finance is taking too long this year?
Hi guys, as above anyone finding that student finance is taking too long to get back to you with your entitlement. its taking for ever this year and I heard a couple of 2 other students complaining about not finding their entitlement although they applied since July! I know my sister is in the same situation, having to go to her bank to keep asking to increase overdraft. Anyone experienced a similar story? I have exhausted my £1000 limit of student overdraft on barclays account and they wouldnt increase it

Please remember around June/July time, there were 5,000+ applications received everyday. You must allow at least 2-4 working weeks for an application to be fully assessed.
Keep an eye on your online account around February 2013 where you'll be able to make your application for the next academic year if this applies to you, just to avoid any delay.
