Of course she would add you if she liked you. Do you think that people only add the people they don't like and reject the people they do. Thats complete nonsense.
No the reason this girl hasn't added you is not a matter of whether or not she likes you but rather whether or not she knows you.

Its just you have pointed out that she doesn't know who you are yet you suspect her to like you? How on earth did you convince yourself of that?

how much time has it been since you added her, an hour? chill. a lot of people don't look at friend requests all the time, they have other things to focus on and accept and decline people when they are bored. She may be the type of person that doesn't accept people she's never talked to...
