Paleoconservatism

What do you think of paleoconservatism? From the brief description I have read so far, it stresses that it is the opposite of neoconservatism (or favouring the 'old right' over the 'new' (ie. opposing Thatcherism, liberal free markets, corporatism, globalisation etc).

Which modern day politicians do you think would associates themselves with this movement?

and do you think social conservatism has been destroyed by the emergence of liberal capitalism supported by the new right? Do you think this still causes tension in the modern day Conservative party or does the new right now dominate?

Paleoconservative is another term for isolationist racists who hate gays, blacks, mexicans, poor people, anything non-christian, eurotrash, taxes, the government taking their money and spending it on other countries through war/aid instead of .... combatting gays, blacks, mexicans, poor people, anything non-christian and anything un-american.

Paleslibertarians are libertarian conservatives.

Compare Pat Buchanan to Gary Johnson.

And Old style Conservative (US) would be someone Like Barry Goldwater, who is very comarable to what we know as a liberal conservative in the UK (like David Cameron), basically pragmatists, they aren't as cooky as the zealot constitutionalists like Ron Paul, they aren't as conspiracy like, compared to Birch Conservatives, but aren't quite as economically right wing as Paleolibertarians (libertarian conservatives).
