Law with american studies (4 years)

Hi, just wondering would these courses be too much to cope with?

I am not a massive reader, but if i got told to read it would. Does American studies require us to read novels? If so, how many? Are they good?

I know law is hard work, does it also have a lot of reading?

Just want to get a overview of each course so i know what to expect and make a formal decision on my university course
