Should I have surgery to reduce the size of my penis?

I imagine a lot of guys would love to have my problem, but in reality it's really not that great. My girlfriend and I have been seeing each other for just over a year, but we never have penetrative sex anymore due to my size. Our sex life basically involves me giving her oral, which she loves but I don't really enjoy, in exchange for her giving me handjobs, which I enjoy but she doesn't. We stopped having penetrative sex several months ago because it was hurting her. I would really love to be able to make love to her and have her enjoy it as much as me, so I'm considering having surgery to reduce the size of my equipment. But of course there are numerous risks to this procedure, the most concerning of which include infection, pain and erectile dysfunction.

My girlfriend says she would love for us to be able to have a normal sexual relationship as well but that she doesn't want to pressure me into anything -this sounds to me as if she wants me to get it done - but I'm prone to misinterpreting what woman mean, so please correct me if you think I'm wrong. If I do undergo the procedure I will have to decide what size I want to be. I'm currently 9.5 inches when erect and my girlfriend says that her preference is around 6 inches, so I was thinking maybe 7 inches would be ok? (there is a margin of error and I'd rather be slightly over 6 inches than go too far the other way)

So anyway may I ask for peoples' opinions on first whether I should have the procedure at all, and if so, what size I should go to?

You do realise you don't have to put the whole 9.5 inches inside her...?

You couldn't really relax though, could you? You'd have to be careful and take things slowly the full time, and it wouldn't give you the chance to have a free sex life.

Really relax? Yeah, I have about 4 different things on mind anyway because I don't put my pleasure first. I don't really have a problem controlling penetration either as far as I can tell.
Vaginas are meant to be extremely accommodating, for obvious reasons, so I'm imagining there's something up with the foreplay, or your size is just intimidating to her and she's unable to properly relax when having intercourse. Having surgery would be a bit silly if it's an issue that can be sorted out by the two of you working on your sexual relationship.

As for her choking during oral sex, the two of you know you don't have to try and shove the whole thing her throat right? Oral sex isn't immediately deep throating

I really wouldn't say this is a procedure you should go through, considering there's always a danger to any procedure you're just putting yourself at risk when you could have a go at just talking through things, trying to see why it's always so painful. It's not gonna just be your length, I'm guessing

Don't know if this will be any help, but you might want to try doggy style. That would immediately stop a few inches going in because of her butt cheeks and it would alter your attack angle.

Also, you might end up stimulating the back of her vagina instead of pounding her cervix, which can only be a good thing .

We had attempted this, but it's difficult to control exactly how much goes in when on each thrust, especially towards the end when you tend to get a bit carried away. It usually ended up with me going in too far on a particular thrust and us having to stop because she was in too much pain to continue. I can't tell you how bad it feels to have your girlfriend in tears because of pain that you have caused. So eventually we agreed to give up on the penetrative sex entirely.

You can get cock rings and stuff that stop you going in so far. Ann summers might have some.

Probably wont help, i only find that makes it go deeper.

I would suggest using dildos building up in size to yours, so that she can get used to the bigger size.

Therefore when she gets pregnant the baby will just fall out!

Besides I'm fairly sure I'd have the same problem with most girls.

With a minuscule 9 and half inches? Don't be silly. It's clearly an issue of technique and not size.

I beg to differ. I am a similar size and a few guys I know are too. 9.5" isn't freakishly huge.....

:laugh::laugh:

I'm not going to argue the point other than to say that if being in the top 1% of penis size is'nt exceptional then i don't know what is and unless you can produce a study suggesting otherwise then i shall continue to believe i am correct.

Ah.

You're the 'penis study group' guy.....? Hmmmm.

Listen mate, it might make you feel better about your 'situation' to join a penis gruop, and then infer all men, other than your 1%, are relatively modestly endowed, but I've played enough rugby to know that some blokes have huge *****.
Just accept it. I'm sure yours is fine. Really.
Stop researching penis size and move on.

When did we enter a world where girls actually care about if your penis is big? Look guys, the only reason he wants the surgery is for him, and partially for her. She didn't ask him to so stop telling him to dump her.

My boyfriend has about 7 inches, and it can sometimes hurt me, I just deal with it for him but thats 7... this is 9.5... no one can say the girl should just "deal with it" because you don't know what it's like. She might have a small vagina so it could hurt more?

Anyway, I think that if YOU feel you want it then do it, but research up on it a lot first, and by her saying she doesn't want to pressure you, that is saying she doesn't want to pressure you, not that she needs you to get it done.

In fairness unless you're buggering each other how do you know how big they are when erect? Which are showers and which are growers?

This is rugby players we're talking about, they all suck each other off after they've finished chasing an egg around.

Lol, I debated whether to make a homoerotic comment about rugby players but decided not to.
