Luckily they're not. However, we still have to put up with them in the Nordic region.

Actually, it seems the many ppl around the world can't get the things straight. They tend to believe Nordic Region = Scandinavia. However:

Scandinavia is derived from the Scandinavian peninsula, which encompasses Sweden, Norway (damnit!) and Denmark (sometimes even Finland, but that's open for discussion). The Nordic region, however, includes Sweden, Norway (damnit!), Finland, Denmark and Iceland.
