For undergrad the fees never really get what I'd call cheap. Most charge the maximum of 9000 and a few charge around 7500. Eg bolton, derby. there used to be an interactive fee map on this site but i can't find it on the phone. If you're living and working in the uk already have you looked at getting the tuition loan?

If you are an overseas student the International fee level will be MUCH higher.

See http://www.educationuk.org/ for general information. You will have to check each individual Uni website for fees for International students as each Uni sets its own fees and it will be at different rates depending on which subject/course you take.
Unfortunately, since the rise in tuition fees, most universities are now charging £9,000 for undergraduate courses. However, some are charging a little less, e.g. £7000.
