Since this exam is on "effect of temperature on cell membranes".Is this factual correct

As you increase the temperature, you will increase the concentration of betalin in the solution because you are breaking up the cell membrane. At higher temperatures the molecules have more energy to move, thus increasing the kinetic energy which will increases the fluidity of the cell membrane. This means the pigment,Betalin, will be able to escape the membrane, discolouring the water.

Thanks
