Sorry for this daft question, but what is a, 'Cer CertHE' qualification and what can it be used for?
I've decided to decline all my offers so that I can try and find a place to study at my local university (my original choices where to far from home). I originally wanted to study a BA Honours degree in English Lit, but that takes 3 years and I only want to study for one.
So what is a Cer CertHE.

A CertHE is equivalent to an HNC - which is equivalent to the first year of a three year degree.
