Letter essay question reguarding two points of view.

It has been announced that a major new development, consisting of industrial areas and new residential housing is to be built in your community. Two letters are sent to the local paper. One letter strongly supports the proposal, the other is strongly against it.

This is basically my essay question. Don´t worry I dont want you to do the essay for me. I just need a few ideas for and against the issue.
