2x double rooms available now in Central Lancaster :)

Hi, we currently have two double rooms available in our 7 bedroom house due to students leaving university. It is a lovely large house with one full bathroom, a shower room and separate toilet so plenty of amenities. We have a fully equipped kitchen and a really big lounge. We're a friendly lot with 3 girls and 2 boys aged 20-21 with most of us in our final year of university and one housemate doing a post graduate course. We're looking for two nice students who aren't too crazy as we're all knuckling down to our big final year work load. All bills are included in the rent (TV licence included as well) which is £88 per week. We're a short 5-10 minute walk from town and bus stops for the University of Lancaster and about a 10-15 walk from the University of Cumbria.
