Importance is debateable, but in order of 'can overrule each other' County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, although some of these skip each other. Magistrates Courts also hear some civil matters as do Crown Courts. There are also tribunals (in fact chambers of the First-Tier Tribunal) from which appeals go to the Upper Tribunal. Appeal from there lies to the Court of Appeal in England and Wales and thence to the Supreme Court.

This is a rough structure of Courts/Tribunals in England and Wales showing standard appeal routes. The European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) are also relevant and sit above the Supreme Court in terms of precedence.
