Changed University Fees help please

I went to Queen Mary for freshers week and 2 days of the following week and then had to drop out and change university for personal reasons.

I de-enrolled on wednesday the 26th of September.

I am now in another University and today I have received a letter from Queen Mary saying that I owe them £866.25:eek:. Is this right? Are they entitled to do this, as in theory I only actually had 2 days worth of proper lessons.

Has anyone else changed university within first week or so? If so would love to hear from you, or anyone else who could advise me in this matter

Thank you for reading

Hello doby,

Yes, since you attended, you are automatically liable for 25% of the total tuition fees I'm afraid.

Best speak to Queen Mary and see what can be done, they may be able to come to an agreement.
