Political groups such as the fascist Liberal Democratic Party are widespread in today's Russia. We are seeking to look after our foreign friends by getting the army to police trouble-spots.
Malaysia is shocked at this incident. How could this have happened? Also, Malaysia brings up the concern that racism is apparently rampant and should not be allowed to continue. It's just color, people.

When an Indian national is attacked in Russia, India feels that this is worth of attention in the General Assembly, if only to find out what Russia is doing to prevent further attacks.
Racism does seem to be on the up in Russia. Recently the number of attacks of this kind has been increasing. This trend is more cause for concern to the RSM than any one attack, tragic as it may be.

Russia appears less hospitable to foreigners as time goes on. Sri Lanka requests the Russian authorities to take affirmative action to make their country a safer place for visitors from other Asian countries.
Reply 17
Russia would like suggestions that don't involve much money being spent to solve this problem.
Reply 18
Surely, wherever protection is need, money has to be spent.

OK then. But short of allotting an armed policeman to every "person of colour" or curb racists' right of assembly, what are we to do?
