why is accomodation so expensive

it's not in london and the halls aren't described as luxury or anything
i don't get it
in your opinion do you think the prices are worth it for living at oxford brookes?

Oxford is the most expensive place to rent after london not only for student accomodation but general housing, also its in the south.

I'm moving out of my room to go back home and commute in for personal reasons.

Ground floor, nice room, pretty big, plenty of storage, has a wash basin.

If you would like pictures i'd be happy to send some.

The room will be available from christmas. £117 a week.
