Is it just me or are colleges taking a while to respond to applications

I applied to three colleges , about four weeks ago and have only got one actual interview. The other two replies I've got are invitations to yet more open evenings ...

I waited about 6/7 weeks before I got replies....so I know what you mean :smile:

I applied to one college and didn't get an interview request until Marchish I'm sure. I applied in the November, went for an initial interview in January (said what subjects I wanted to do) and then they invited for a real interview to choose subjects then. I didn't end up going to college anyway, but yeah... :smile:
