Yes, they do have gelatine.

I know Asda sell halal haribos, so you could try those instead. They taste pretty much the same

These kind of companies don't differentiate any kind of meats. It's best to avoid them.

What type of gelatin does Haribo use?
Haribo products produced in Haribo's factory in Turkey are made with beef gelatin and are certified HALAL. All other items are made with pork gelatin.

You can find the country of origin on the back of all our packages.

Certain Asda's. Ours doesnt. It depends on the demographics of the area. Also, I thought Sikh's can't eat halal food?

Yay. I can have Haribos now (some of) What surprises me is why they're certified halal, but not kosher? Because normally what's certified halal is certified kosher and vice versa

Do you need kosher haribo? Not sure if that's just a general comment but the same site says this...

Are Haribo products Kosher?
Haribo products are not kosher. There is however, a kosher line of Haribo sold exclusively through PASKESZ.

To solve everyones problems, they do do a vegetarian one!

I actually needed the halal one, but was confused as to why they weren't certified kosher at the same time. That being said, every one can have the vegetarian ones! - Never knew they did those, but then again I never knew they did halal haribos either

Help how?

Help eat them for you? :colone:

If you have brought them you cant do much now. Give them to some meateaters to save them buying haribos themselves and offset your purchase? Not much else to suggest..

I don't eat beef either and most Haribo sweets contain it. Lots of sweets have beef gelatine in so I always have to check for it :/.
