Student finance question - change of circumstance

I'm going to be moving out into my parents second home before the start of university - I won't be eligible for any grants or anything off the government because I will still be classed as living with my parents.

I believe the rules are that you must have not lived with your parents for three years for you to be classed as independant.

My question is, if I have been moved out for three years, in my fourth year would I be eligible for government funding?

Also if I get married in my second year, will I be eligible for funding from there?

My new household will most certainly be on less than £15,000 a year.

Would you have been self supporting (not student finance) for those 3 years?

Would be getting the basic tution loan, other than that I (well me and my boyfriend) will be paying for bills and things.

It has to be three years before the course starts.

For the thing about marriage - it has to be before the academic year. So, if you get married in January, you won't be considered independent for this current year; but will be for next year. http://www.practitioners.slc.co.uk/media/96449/independent_students_fact_sheet_v0.3.pdf
