Presentation Portfolio Size

For impending interviews.
What would be a practical size: A2 or A1? There are a couple of large colour paintings that the tutor thinks would be worth including. I don't mind paying for either, but wondered if the larger size was impractical to carry/look through.
Any ideas?

(forgot to say: interviews are for game art/computer visualisation)

i took an A1 portfolio to my interviews (architecture at camb and ucl) and it seemed fine! i realised most other people brought smaller but i had 5-6 pieces that were A1 and i thought it would be better to include them than not too!

Good luck!

it's practical if you have A1 sized work, but if not get A2! huge portfolios are a hassle to carry around, especially on public transport.

Thanks for the suggestions. She does have a couple of A1 pieces her tutor wanted her to include, so that's the size shw went for, as an early christmas present
