I wouldn't go there either. 
Anyway, I think people here are too much relying on rankings. I'd like to stress again that German uni rankings are some of the most dubious things that exist in the world of education. Plus, they are only relative measures of the quality- if at all. That said, I'd rather not go to the best of the worst. As the German proverbe goes: der Blinde ist unter den Einäugigen König.
