Year 12s: what will be the first way you research your future options? >>

1st Year Student. 1st Semester Over.

Hi,

I'm a first year student and I can't believe the 1st semester is over. I liked the first semester based on the academics.

For some reason, I feel like going back to uni even though there are bits that I hate about it. One being that my course or student union is very antisocial. So antisocial that there wasn't a semesters over party.

Now that I have the Christmas break, I don't what else I could do other than study hard for the exams.

I'm also trying to get driving lessons and maybe some cash

After the end of my first semester I had a massive night out on the Friday, then went home on the Saturday night. I had a week between the end of semester and Christmas, so in that week I just chilled out, caught up with friends back home (and even went back to uni town for another night out with home friends) and relaxed for a bit. I probably should have started studying for January exams but I didn't. It is something I'd recommend, though.
