Hey, my name is Ellie and I'm a student from University for the Creative Arts.

If you did decide you wanted to study away and maybe considered something close to London, the University for Creative Arts BA (Hons) Film Production course is one of the longest established film courses in the country.

UCA is one of the leading specialist universities and have about 7,000 creative students over 5 campuses in south-east England, all with easy routes to London.

The film production course is at our farnham campus which is a 50 minute train journey from central London. The course is very popular as it has good industry links and fantastic facilities. You get to work with 16mm film in a purpose-built studio and editing on both Steenbecks and in digital suites. You then have the opportunity to specialise in a key area of film production.

If you're interested here is a link to more details of the film production course - http://www.ucreative.ac.uk/article/29536

I am a student at UCA so if you have any questions about the course or uni life at UCA feel free to ask either by the quoting option or by personal message.

Thanks.
