yess, i REALLY NEED the aqa gcse units 2 and 3 of biology, chemistry and physics from jan 2011 for revision. it would really help out if anyone has them

Do you want just the paper or the mark scheme as well?

It has papers from a variety of exam boards. However, I do CIE IGCSE, so I'm not too sure how complete their selection for other boards are.

Ah great to hear I have all the papers for normal Edexcel GCSE papers but not for the IGCSE I am afraid. Good luck in the exam!
