Anyone doing undergraduate Law exam??
Hi, I have a Law exam in January of undergraduate study, and I'm a little stuck on revision. The modules are Constitutional Law, and English Legal System. For the constitutional exam, the questions i'm doing are a) Dicey and the rule of law, and b) definition of the constitution. I'm stuck on what type of questions will appear on the constitutional questions, and how to answer them. For example, will I have to compare Dicey with other theorists such as Lord Bingham? Can anyone help? Exams are soon!!
